Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using FlashPay (the "Platform") operated by FlashPay ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. User Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Registration

   When registering on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Privacy

   Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

4. Transactions

   1. FlashPay acts as a facilitator for P2P cryptocurrency transactions. Users are solely responsible for their transactions, adresses including verifying the authenticity of the counterparty and complying with all applicable laws.
   2. FlashPay does not hold or control user funds. Users must use secure wallets and follow best practices for cryptocurrency storage.

5. Prohibited Activities

   You agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities on the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to; money laundering, fraud and illegal trading.

6. Fees

   Transaction fees may apply. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting these fees before initiating transactions.

7. Termination

   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

   We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

   We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
